Our occupational physicians and occupational health professionals have a range of responsibilities aimed at promoting the health and safety of employees. They provide advisory support to both employers and employees.

Health-focused services within the scope of preventive care time

For employees and employers – within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ASchG)

  • Occupational health consultations for work-related medical complaints
  • Training on proper ergonomic work practices
  • Work-related preventive vaccinations, vaccination record checks, and, if necessary antibody testing
  • Travel health consultations for business trips
  • Vision tests according to screen work regulations
  • A wide range of medical screenings and examinations, including personalized medical consultations
  • Assistance with the provision of specialized workplace equipment, if needed
  • Support for reintegration after long-term sick leave, including the development of a WIETZ (gradual return to work) plan if necessary

Occupational health support for the company – within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ASchG)

  • Workplace inspections and documentation
  • Consulting on the planning and designing of workstations and workplaces
  • Training on work-related topics
  • Occupational health examinations (legally required fitness and follow-up exams)
  • Follow-up evaluations of workplace accidents
  • Organization of first aid protocols and equiptment
  • Assistance with the organisation and supervision of gradual return to work programmes
  • Maternity protection evaluations and occupational health support for particularly vulnerable individuals (pregnant employees, apprentices, and employees with disabilities)

Occupational health support for executives

  • Occupational health consultations for managers
  • Training for employees based on their workplace and tasks (e.g., personal protective equipment, hazardous areas, safety drills)

Additional services beyond the legally required occupational health care period (subject to additional costs) or for external companies

  • Workplace inspection models for small businesses (fewer than 50 employees)
  • First aid courses in the workplace: Basic course (16 hours), refresher course (4 or 8 hours)
  • Preventive health check-ups on-site at your company
  • A wide range of medical screenings and examinations, including personalized medical consultations
